Those higher tier versions of LumenRT will be sold and serviced directly by Bentley. Sales and support of all e-on software, except the higher tier versions of LumenRT, will still be available through the e-on website. e-on will continue to exist as a subsidiary of Bentley. This article is part of a Bentley Systems Year In Infrastructure special report. The big challenge for Bentley will be letting designers, engineers and architects know that it’s not just for Bentley customers. Now, with new VR capabilities, the software looks set to become an even more compelling tool for AEC professionals. We first saw LumenRT last year, and were hugely impressed by its quality, performance and ease of use. According to Bentley, as everything within the model is ‘instanced’, the memory footprint has been reduced dramatically, helping keep 3D performance levels high, even with large models. Once inside VR, ‘BIM hotspots’ will allow users to view the underlying BIM data simply by hovering over an object and clicking. The software can read in levels, layers, lights, animation paths and metadata. LumenRT doesn’t just bring across geometric data. Then, because the geometry is already optimised, moving into VR only takes a matter of seconds.įor distribution to clients and colleagues, projects can be packaged up as a ‘LiveCube’, a self-extracting executable. Getting CAD data into LumenRT only takes minutes to process, even with big scenes. Bentley says the workflow from CAD to VR is simple. ![]() In addition to MicroStation, AECOsim, SITEOPS and other Bentley tools, the software works with Revit, ArchiCAD, CityEngine and SketchUp. This decision was based on two factors: First, the ability of its engine to scale from small buildings to giant infrastructure projects, above and below ground, and second, the fact that it already had built-in tools for generating realistic AEC-specific features such as cars with wheels that move and traffic flows that are real, thanks to direct interfaces to MicroStation Traffic and VISSIM.ĬAD users outside of Bentley’s customer base will benefit, too. Three years in development, Bentley explored a whole range of VR game engines, such as Unreal and Unity, but decided to adapt its own engine instead. This will deliver a fully immersive, interactive experience where users can freely explore LumenRT’s 3D worlds populated with moving vehicles, animated characters and wind-blown skies. Things should get even more exciting next month when Bentley ships LumenRT Connect Edition Update 2, which will feature support for the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. ![]()

Tiny Tina is the masterpiece in the entire inventory so you've reached the mountain peak within the dlc quadrilogy. The dlc is just a cornucopia of goodies and farming goodness. The queen mother of all sniper rifles in the game. Plus the side missions include the Sandhawk, Rapier, and the blessed Pimpernel. Pirate's Booty just had more eye candy and Hyperious, probably the most farmed raid boss who drops the game's entire inventory including the Norfleet. Spawning Ohmd Ohmd Ohk (OOO) is actually a real challenge and that shotgun is a blast to use with Gaige. The one unique I forgot to mention in Hammerlock was the Twister shotgun. I just ran to the rock overhang to the side and spammed him to death. I agree 100% Leviathan was an absolute joke of an end boss. Vorac however is without a doubt the coolest raid boss while Dexi is a straight up joke and waste of time. A drab and sterile environment that didn't really inspire much in the way of aesthetics. This dlc in general was the least appealing overall. Out of the whole mix the Rough Rider and Interfacer are the two items I continued to farm for. The rest like the Breath of Seraph's, Lead Storm, and Infection are all underwhelming which explains their availability in a vending machine. The Interfacer is without a doubt the CC killer and rules the dps roost within the Hyperion class of shotguns. The Hawkeye is a decent dedicated ranged weapon for popping domes and that's about it. The Seraph items are decent enough especially the two that drop from Vorac. The Rex (Bulstoss) is a decent pistol / revolver but the fire rate is painfully slow. The Hydra (Rouge) is actually a badass shotty worth adding to any backpack. The Damned Cowboy (Bloodtail) is just another crappy AR among the sea of crappy AR's in the game. ![]() The Chopper (Dexi) seems like more of a gimick weapon like the Bane. The Elephant Gun (Arizona) is a non starter for me with a missing scope. The Yellow Jacket (Jackenstein) is a decent smg similar to a rare Plasma Caster in the main game. Well the Rough Rider is reward enough for this dlc, its an amazing shield like no other (except the Blockade maybe). ![]() ![]() However, in Far Cry 6, it looks like we will be fighting as a guerilla soldier looking to overthrow the dictatorship in a battle-torn city. You might have your favourites, but the more recent additions to the series have been somewhat lacklustre compared to the titans of the first three games. With much of the mechanics and gameplay remaining largely the same across the five games so far, the Far Cry series lives and dies on its villains, of which there has been a mixed bag. Far Cry 6 Villain - Giancarlo Esposito enters the game Read on to find out everything we know about Far Cry 6. In fact some of the only details we know at the moment is that it's set in the fictional island of Yara, a new Caribbean location based near Cuba during a fiery revolution, led by the terrifying Giancarlo Esposito of Breaking Bad fame. Relative to CME, flux through CIE pathways accounts for only a small proportion of endocytic events in mammalian cells. In recent decades, a number of mechanisms of clathrin-independent endocytosis (CIE) have been discovered and characterized, some of which enable rapid, bulk internalization of membrane or otherwise facilitate acute responses. These events require membrane fluxes on the millisecond-to-second scale, which CME is not sufficient for. Some cellular functions, such as response to high intensity stimuli and directed migration, require rapid endocytosis of large patches of membrane. Clathrin-independent mechanisms of endocytosis Consequently, this usage is discouraged and a more descriptive schema-classification of endocytic routes by the identity of vesicular membrane components and cargoes-has been adopted. It is now appreciated, however, that removal of many plasmalemmal receptors is accomplished by multiple mechanisms that do not require clathrin. įor many years, the term “receptor-mediated endocytosis” was used synonymously with CME. CCVs can be further classified by the differential recruitment of over 50 adaptor and accessory proteins, as well as by the identity of their lipid and protein cargoes. Post-scission, the clathrin assemblies disintegrate, additional machinery is removed by uncoating factors, and uncoated vesicles deliver their contents to endosomes by fusion. CCPs progress through a series of well-defined morphological intermediates to form clathrin-coated vesicles (CCVs) upon scission from the plasma membrane. In CME, the assembly of clathrin triskelions on spherical membrane buds drives the formation of clathrin-coated pits (CCPs) 60–120 nm in diameter. This is in part due to the historical primacy of the characterization of clathrin-mediated endocytosis (CME) in 1976 but also in acknowledgement of its role as the primary endocytic route for cellular housekeeping functions. This review will discuss the role of endocytosis in the regulation of T cell function.Įndocytic pathways are often broadly classified by their dependence on the hexamer protein clathrin. Whereas endocytic regulation of some cellular functions, such as immune surveillance, has been extensively described in some immune cell types (such as dendritic cells and macrophages), its functional importance in T cells has been less appreciated. Other forms are limited to and adapted for specific cell types or lineage states. Distinct forms of endocytosis have evolved in eukaryotes, with clathrin-mediated endocytosis (CME) being the most well-described and universal type. Functions regulated at least in part by endocytosis include: signal transduction, membrane composition, mitosis, adhesion, lipid homeostasis, motility, and cell morphogenesis. Co-evolution of endocytosis and cellular endosymbiosis, the state of one cell living mutualistically within another, may have significantly contributed to the complexity of eukaryotic cells. In addition to enabling the internalization of extracellular macromolecules, endocytosis permits the compartmentalization of chemistry within cells. Endocytosis, the generation of internal membranes from the plasma membrane by invagination and vesicle scission, facilitates a range of diverse cellular processes in eukaryotes. ![]() ![]() Pac-Man Arcade game Logo, pacman, angle, text png 2950x771px 178.96KB ![]()

Here’s an example from part of project I’m currently in the middle of: Starting with your first board, you can use Illustrator’s awesome toolset to create infinitely scalable vector art for your animation. Illustrator does give you ability to create multiple artboards at once and can auto-arrange them into a grid for you, but I like to duplicate each artboard as I work, since style frames often use many of the same assets of the board before it (more on that in a bit): I like to use that and shift the first artboard up to the top left corner of the canvas, allowing me to work from left to right, top to bottom from there. There’s a tool called the “ Artboard Tool” (Shift + O), that allows you to select and move artboards around. You’ll end up with one artboard in the middle of your canvas (the total area Illustrator allows you to have artwork in). ![]() If you save the file as a PDF, each artboard shows up as a separate page in the PDF – perfect for sending to clients! Set up your initial artboard at your desired animation resolution (1920×1080 in the example below): The first step is to set up your initial artboard. One of the great things about Illustrator is the ability to have multiple “pages” – called artboards – in one document. You probably know how to create and modify assets for use in After Effects, but have you ever thought of using it to plan a whole motion graphics piece from storyboard to style frames? With a little bit of setup, you can easily create client-ready storyboards and style frames that will transition perfectly over to After Effects when the time for animating comes. If you work in After Effects a good bit, you’re probably familiar with Adobe Illustrator (if you’re not, then get familiar with it! It’s probably one of the most powerful and versatile tools Adobe has created). Doing an involved motion graphics piece?
